Anime Dice Trait Reroll Calculator
Trait Rerolls are the scarcest free resource in Anime Dice โ codes hand them out, and every reroll replaces the current trait. This calculator uses the exact probabilities shown on the in-game Traits panel (Money I 25.4% down to Eternal 0.002%) so you can see what a reroll budget actually buys before you spend it.
Results render after you calculate โ pick a trait, enter your reroll budget, press the button.
The Trait Economy
Codes are the pipeline: UPDATE5 and 250KLIKES each carry 10 Trait Rerolls, and the CCU/LIKES milestone family keeps restocking (the full list is on the codes page). At Samurai's 0.5%, a single 10-pack gives you a 4.9% shot โ ten packs (100 rerolls) gets you to 39%, and the 90% line sits around 460 rerolls. That's the honest price of a 3x unit, and why trait strategy matters as much as the rolls themselves.
Grades Not in the Calculator
The panel's Monarch (8x all stats) grade was captured with its percentage obscured by a buff popup, and parts of the single-stat ladder (Damage II/III, Health II/III, Money II/III) were partially covered on camera. They enter the calculator as soon as a clean read lands โ the confirmed values above are complete reads only.

FAQ
How are trait reroll odds calculated?
Each reroll is an independent roll of the trait table: the chance of missing with one reroll is 1 โ p, so after x rerolls the chance of landing the trait at least once is 1 โ (1 โ p)^x. The calculator inverts this for the 50/90/99% targets and evaluates your actual reroll budget.
What are the trait probabilities in Anime Dice?
The Traits panel shows them on screen: Money I and Damage I at 25.4%, Health I at 1.2%, Samurai (3x all stats) at 0.5%, Shogun (5x) at 0.135%, Transcendent (15x) at 0.006% and Eternal (27x) at 0.002%. Monarch (8x) appears on the panel but its percentage was obscured on camera, so it is not in the calculator until captured.
Do reroll results stack with old traits?
No โ the game warns in caps on the Traits panel: "Rerolling a trait will replace any current traits!" A failed chase can leave a unit with no trait at all. That risk is why the codes page matters: Trait Rerolls come free with codes, so chase with free stock before gems.
Which trait should I chase first?
Samurai (3x all stats, 0.5%) is the standard first target โ roughly a 1-in-200 reroll, very reachable with the 10-pack rerolls codes hand out. Shogun and above are long-game chases; the expected-rerolls column makes the cost visible before you commit.
